ALPHASHOOT.EE MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The owner of the website alphashoot.ee (hereinafter the Website) is MTÜ Laskespordiklubi ALPHA (registry code 80270050), located at Männiku tee 96G, 11216, Tallinn, Estonia (hereinafter ALPHA).

Validity of terms and conditions, payment information

These Terms and Conditions apply to membership fee payments made on the Website.
The amount of the membership fee is determined by ALPHA and is displayed on the Website. All payment amounts are in euros (€).

Membership payment process
The user selects the membership type and payment method by clicking on the corresponding button or link.
The user confirms the payment details.
The user must agree to the terms and conditions before completing the payment.
Payments for bank cards and bank links are mediated by Swedbank.
The payment process is secure and supports the following payment methods:

  • Estonian banking links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay
  • Pay later solutions: Indivy Slice 3, Lease ID, Finora credit
  • Visa / Mastercard card payments
  • Finnish bank links: Aktia, Bank of Åland, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Bank, S-Bank, Säästopankki
  • Latvian banking links: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, and Luminor
  • Lithuanian banking links: Swedbank, SEB, and Luminor

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your membership fee payment within 14 days from the start of your membership unless you have already received certificates, confirmations, or used benefits provided by ALPHA that are accessible only to members.

Purpose of the membership fee
The membership fee is used to support ALPHA in fulfilling its goals as outlined in its statutes.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The website only uses the personal data provided by the user to process membership payments.
ALPHA may send newsletters and offers to the user’s email address only if the user has explicitly opted in by entering their email address on the Website and expressing a desire to receive direct mail notifications.
The user can unsubscribe from newsletters and offers at any time by notifying ALPHA via email or by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the communications.

Resolving disputes
If you have any complaints regarding the Website or the membership process, please contact us by email at alphashootingclub@gmail.com or by phone: +372 5660 4724.
If ALPHA and the user cannot resolve the dispute amicably, the user may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. Information about the procedure and the application form can be found here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is authorized to resolve disputes arising from agreements made through the Website. The review of complaints by the Committee is free of charge.
Additionally, the user may use the European Union’s consumer dispute resolution platform.
