LASKESPORDIKLUBI ALPHA and IDPA ESTONIA ASSOCIATION invite everyone to participate in the Sports Shooting Instructor Training Course, which provides basic knowledge and skills necessary for organizing various shooting events, working with shooters, and basic safety control skills in shooting ranges or at shooting grounds.
All those who successfully complete the course will receive a Shooting Instructor license.
The maximum number of participants in one course is up to 6 people.
The course will not cover Practical Shooting rules or the roles of officials at competitions.

Price: 100€
Location: The course will be held at the ALPHA shooting range, located at Tallinn, Pirni 5. (see Map and Street View);
Course Objective: to prepare shooting instructors with universal skills for working at any shooting event.
The course will cover the following topics:
- The role and responsibilities of an instructor
- Legislation
- Specifics of working in shooting ranges and on shooting grounds
- Features of different types of firearms, inspection, and preparation of firearms
- Safety at events
- Assessment of the shooter’s skill level and psychological readiness
- Personal work with a shooter
- Working with a group of shooters
- Actions in case of incidents
Requirements: A valid IDPA license, membership in any sports club, and a recommendation from the club.
An IDPA shooter license can be issued on-site.
